Before coming in, I called reception to inform them that my daughter and I had the flu. Reception said that was fine. The purpose of our visit was initially for a well baby but we wanted to keep the appointment and instead do a ER follow up as instructed by the ER physician. After approx. 30 minutes of waiting, the nurse yells across the lobby, “SHE (our 6 month old) HAS THE FLU, WHY ARE YOU HERE?”. I then explained the situation. This place is terrible. The doctors don’t care. The people at the front desk are awful. Never seen a place so unorganized. Thank goodness the contract with this place is over. I had to come back three times just because they couldn’t get my paper work right. The people at the front desk should really change their attitudes.
I’m a new patient. Yesterday (Jan 2nd 2019) I called at 4:07pm for Lab results, they supposedly close at 4:30pm and I could not get but a menu that got me nowhere (temporarily suspended extension). Today I’ve been trying for the past 3 hrs and sounds like they just grab the phone and hang up. Again, I was transferred to an extension that is suspended... 😡😡😡 what a mediocre service.
Worst ran office & staff I've ever encountered, and I go to the VA. Now this location is being consolidated (shut down) and moved to Carson. Surprised?
