Horrible company. 1 stars on every review board (IN A SMALL TOWN). They will be quiet until it's time to return your deposit. Where any other respectable landlord would return your deposit, these guys steal it, knowing you won't take them to court. It's always the security deposit surprise. Don't put your $$ in their account. They also have an offense with finances on the AZ Board of Realty.
