I have had very good customer service from this pharmacy! They treat me like a human and not a number like larger pharmacies sometimes do. They call me when my prescriptions are running low sometimes before I catch it. They know me, my medications and all the complications that may come from them. I won’t go to any other pharmacy as long as I’m able to make the choice!
The Pharmacist, Cassandra at Mountain Pharmacy has gone OVER and ABOVE to continually provide the best service! She made it seamless for me too have all of my prescriptions in one place. Her knowledge of pharmaceuticals is amazing, not to mention her attention to detail in contacting me if I have a prescription ready and getting it to me. If I can’t make it to the pharmacy.
