They never answer the phone or respond to emails. I have tried several times calling and emailing for a $4k part i have and have questions for.
Turbo technology is what these guys are all about! I have two different machines with there turbo kits and both flat out rip reliably. You can't go wrong with one of there kits on the Skidoo 850!
