Nate was incredibly thorough for our home inspection! He gave a very detailed report with photos that was easy to follow. We will definitely use Nate for any other inspections and he comes highly recommended!

We received a letter 4.5 years after Mountain Peak performed our home inspection saying we would be turned to collections if the inspection invoice was not paid in 30 days. After pulling bank statements, we found that the invoice had been paid. Mountain Peak’s book keeping needs some work.
Just got an invoice two years later claiming there’s no record of payment along with a threat of collections after 30 days lol. This company two years later got a statement out and now I get to search through two years of my own records to check if they are actually correct. Happy to pay if they are but an invoice two years later and threat of collections is comical. 1
