VA sent me there because they couldn't see me. Saw the doctor within 10+15 minutes which was fine. Things went downhill from there. Treatment for an ear infection consisted of her inflecting maximum pain to me by pushing a scope into my infected ear to confirm that I had an infection. She prescribed medicine that did not help. When I got to see my VA doctor, she prescribed completely different meds that worked. I need to add that in spite of no blood or urine test being done at the urgent care, I received a bill for lab test... read more

I'm out of town and needed urgent care. The people in this office including the doctor was great. Thank you for your kindness and understanding my needs. It's nice to know when I'm in Sylva I have a place to go for medical care.

I've come here a few times, but the most recent visit, or rather lack thereof made me have to leave this review. I had called today, which was the day before thanksgiving, and asked how long they would be open. They said 6pm. Because of complications with getting a ride, I couldn't get there until just before 5, and that shouldn't have been a problem. When I got there, the door was locked, and the lights were off. My wife is in pain but filled out all of the paperwork and waited patiently to be called back. In came someone that the receptionist knew and that person was just called in to be seen before my wife.
