Yellow walls, dirty carpets, outdated everything. We moved out because of noise. Ya managers nice woohoo but dosnt take away that the place is trash. Loud neighbors. Moved out lost our deposit and we "owe" 1500. Not paying it and wont ever. Credit score still 740 with the 20 point ding lol idc.. go somehwere else!
This place is not friendly to do business with. Micromanagers. Want in your apartment at least once a month for some excuse or another, and they'll use any excuse they can to do it. This is not "luxury" or "delux", as they say they are. There is no storage, no counter space in the kitchen. No garbage disposals. Faucets and fixtures are all the lowest grade. Same w/appliances. When you need something fixed they are slow to respond, but they expect YOU do a lot of the maintenance --- including your own security system! And yet... read more
Terrible place to live. No storage space in kitchen. Cheap craftsmanship and construction. No garbage disposals. Can't use the water that's hooked up out front. Have to store garbage cans in garage. Can't use the garage for anything but parking. Micromanagement -- expect a note of some kind on your door every other day telling you about some new rule or other. Appliances are lowest grade. No guest parking. Property management is extremely difficult to work with. Awful. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
