I am submitting and starting off with what occured, because we could all find little loopholes in what we do to improve current way of doing things. *Things could have went a little smoother than what things did go. Example I am a returning patient and gave updated Insurance and updated my address. It was never asked when the Insurance was first given was this my only Insurance or is it secondary Insurance.
