I liked the customer service in the back area but not the front desk the front desk was not as helpful and the robot things you use to check in could send anybody off a wall. Not everyone wants to use an app to do things.
Honestly This clinic isn’t even a good clinic. The management sucks, they treat their employees terrible. I’ve been coming here as a patient for about 6-7 months, the staff is super lovely and friendly but the management is weak and fragile. I would rather go to a doctors office where they truly value their staff and appreciate them.
I’m honestly disappointed and hurt by the way I was treated during my recent visit. Today, I came in with real concerns about my recovery and healing, and when I tried to express them to my primary care provider, Dr. Nichol McHale, I felt dismissed. Instead of feeling heard, I felt like I was annoying her — as if I was asking too many questions or taking up too much of her time. Dr. Alexander Carrasco exhibited unprofessional conduct toward my mother and wife today, resulting in our decision to discontinue services. The lack of customer service was unacceptable; he refused to answer our questions and failed to order the promised X-ray. Given my mother's age and health condition, compassionate, patient care and thorough communication are essential.
