It's always a good experience going to MPHC-Gateway. Everyone is very nice and professional. Besides all that, I really love Dr. Sy. She does a great job and is through.
Dr Rachel Sy is a remarkable Dr as well as a beautiful caring person. She always listens,always works with you personally. She's amazing. During covid she didn't force anyone to do other than what was there own preference. I honestly know I'm a difficult patient, because there is such a chain reaction with my illnesses. With any other primary care Dr I dont think I would of survived this long. I can't say enough to credit the value of Dr Rachel Sy
