Mountain Park townhouses in Dahlonega are extremely cheap - materials and design. The developer promises low rental to homeowner ratio but that’s complete BS - flat out lie. They are selling to landlords and getting rented to college students. Already having problems with parties, drinking and parking - loud college students getting into fights with owners - police have been contacted on several occasions. Would not recommend
