Very kind,highly knowledgeable staff. Chris Poulin is very talented and professional. My husband was in a horrific accident which has left him with a lot of lower nerve damage and has lost the arches in both feet. Chris customized some insoles for him so he can at least walk as much as he can with less pain in that area. Highly recommend this business.
