Tried reaching tech support several times by using their online form with no response. No phone number to call and speak with a live repreenative. The number listed in Google search is inactive. Terrible customer service.
They never respond to emails with questions about their products. I guess they don't need my business.

Customer service is horrible. Placed an order, the only communication you get is they charged your card. Called Steve 1 week later and still hasn't shipped. Promised to ship that day, but they don't. cancelled order. Will never use this company again and I will share this experience worldwide . Note: ordered a gas tank skid through Hard Rock the same day and it was shipped that day and is installed on the vehicle. MORE SUCKS MOST
