Bought drag links two weeks ago, yet haven't received them. Turns out they didn't even have them in stock, and knowingly does not mention that on the website. I'm all for supporting US manufacturing, but what i don't appreciate is the dishonesty. I spoke with him even before ordering, yet he did not care to mention that "oh, by the way these are made to order, or a heads up it'll take more that two weeks, etc." So far terrible experience...

Does NOT honor the “Rock Proof” warranty. They wanted to see pictures of the skid plate. It was sent twice and still no resolve. Customer service is terrible trying to get someone to answer the phone or the online contact form is hit or miss. Ended up purchasing from Rustys Offroad.

Very poor experience — missed ship date, no tracking, no communication I ordered Wrangler JL skid plates from Mountain Offroad and the experience has been extremely frustrating. After placing my order on 05/17, I went 18 days without any shipping update or meaningful communication. I emailed them asking for a status update and initially received no response. Terrible customer service, purchased some parts from them that were subpar quality and engineering. After contacting them via email, I've never heard anything back other than they're looking into it.

I purchased a full set of skid plates for my 2023 TOYOTA 4runner, the craftsmanship and quality is excellent. I researched my brands, many of them required deletes and modifications however M.O.R.E.offroad was simple bolt on, just removal of the lowsy oem skid plate. Recently I reached out to them regarding an issue with the hardware, since a tech doing a service misplaced some bolts,I needed new bolts Mike took the call and helped me with this issue. I recommend this product and it really makes a difference when offroading.
