Disappointing management and move-out experience! Our experience with Josh was not very pleasant! Left the unit spotless and the management inspected and confirmed everything is fine they would withheld $35.00 for the backyard and return the rest. After a few days I received my deposit and noticed a big portion of my security deposit was unfairly withheld with vague excuses about cleaning.
