I think the apartments are really nice, unfortunately there is an individual there that is taking advantage of the benefits of the low income part. i personally know of an individual there that has a woman there for a year and not on the lease... they are in a three bedroom with no kids there and come and go as they please... THAT IS NOT FAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are alot of people or families that really need that apartment. This has been goin on for over a year now.. This unfairness needs to stop!!!
I'm actually on a waiting list at this Apartment. Hoping we get it.
