I ordered a basic metal door jamb. they tell me it would be there Friday. I go there Monday and it is not there. 45 minutes travel time wasted. I return and finally get the door jamb, bring it to the job site to find out it is not the size that I ordered. More time wasted. I reorder the correct door jamb again and they tell me again it would be in on Friday. I travel another 45 minutes the following Monday and it still wasn't there. Don't waste your time. Multiple trips to the store to get my doors ordered. They kept changing 4 doors around for no reason and I had to go in 3 separate times to get it right. I was told the doors will be delivered in 10 days. I was given a day the doors will be coming. We'll they didn't come that day. I was then told the doors are on back order. I had to wait another week for them to deliver. I was lied to again. It's now almost 8 weeks of me trying to get doors from this company that supposedly were in stock. Still have a... read more
