Worst experience ever. So we ordered pizza from this story rd location. And for some reason we called in to cancel it, and thts customer’s right if we don’t want it anymore , we can cancel it. And the lady who picked up the call said im the manager and im not gonna cancel the order, she told her name (Kirpa), firstly i want to ask the management thats how you deal with the customer. My husband Insisted that I went to this specific location. He read all the reviews and said that this location makes the best pizza. Our pizza came out beautiful. Wow. My children loved it, so we will be going back soon. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant itself felt very warm, and was very clean. 10/10 for my first experience.
