I went in the other day having very low expectations b/c of some of the reviews I've seen on here. I had a GREAT experience, pizza was awesome, and ironically enough Katrice was the one that helped me and she was very nice and friendly. I would definitely come here again, and the service was very good thanks to Katrice!! Just goes to show that you can't always trust bad reviews, Will be back again :)

I don't usually write reviews but their customer service is great and the food is even better. I stopped going to mountain mikes for a while because of my bad experience with the other store so when this one opened I took a chance by going to this one. What impressed me the most is one time they made my order wrong and the cashier was letting me know that there was an issue because she entered it wrong and the manager walked over to me and apologized for the mistake. Worst service ever!; the office manager wasn't help full at all and was very very very rude. How do they mess up a simple order I paid for extra toppings yet received NO extra toppings at all. This will be the LAST TIME I AND MY FAMILY EAT AT MOUNTAIN MIKES! And we got no refund! It's their responsibility before handing out to verify with the customer that the order is correct. I'm very disappointed in the horrible service that THE MANAGER ATTENDED US.

Very. Bad service. Girls need to retraining for this job or fired. People who work there are Sick and spit into food. My food no good was put into animal dish. The animal. Was sick the food is no good.
