Update besaré this place is fraudulent and they will charge your card multiple times and deny it when you confront them. This happened to me already two times and i am posting the pictures of proof. They charged me 3 times on my card. I came in and the employee said they only charged me one time and to call my bank. I will be calling my bank, but this is a huge inconvenience. On two separate occasions they charged me multiple times for one order and they denied it both times which resulted in me having to despite with my bank. The manager doesn’t want to make it right for the inconvenience. If they would have admitted the mistake and told me that they were going to fix it, that would be one thing. But I had to call my bank and submit a dispute.
Last year I paid with my credit card and got charged 3 times and this restaurant said they only see they charged me 1 time on their end. I had to go through it with my bank. Today the same thing happened but instead of three times I was charged 2 times. If you have money in your card and if it declines- that is most likely going to be the case that you are getting charged more than once. So today I had to call my bank again and I will be calling mountain mikes customer service again.
