Great Pizza! Very fresh.
They charged me 3 times on my card. I came in and the employee said they only charged me one time and to call my bank. I will be calling my bank, but this is a huge inconvenience. Maybe like 6 months ago, this same place overcharged me for take out $5 and i had to get a refund in person that time. At this point you lost a customer for not making it right at the spot.
I will not summit a form with my information after you over charged me 3 times. Im not making my self vulnerable. I already went to the bank to dispute and it’s obvious that i was charged 3 times. I went in yesterday to the store so you can make it right and nothing was done other then the employee denying and directly me to talk to my bank. I paid to eat pizza, not to eat and then talk to my bank!
Get a kiosk to replace your cashier. I don’t understand why I waste my time and money on cold food not made how I requested. Also don’t get the garlic knots - they are incredibly small for their price and taste like something you put in the microwave with the taste of cardboard
