The quality control needs some serious work, I got home with my takeout pizza and only 1 slice still had toppings on it. The rest was a giant air bubble and the toppings were charred black and on the bottom of the box. I called in and they were apologetic and refunded the pizza, but I would have rather had the pizza I ordered than the money.
We had a large pizza and the loaded fries delivered and it was $70 and it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life……. We will definitely never spend our money there again. We paid an extra 375 for extra cheese and there was no extra cheese and half of the stuff on it wasn’t even cooked.
Service is never particularly friendly. This is the second time in a row with minimum 30 minute wait to receive my pizza pie. Rediculous. Food is good but I won't be back again.
The pizza is wonderful. Toppings are plentiful and delicious. However, we will never return to this location. We have gone twice, and both times ordered online. Both times we waited over 30 minutes after arriving, and our order should have been ready. Both times people came in after us and left before us with their online orders. Both times the staff seems confused on what orders are what. We love Mountain Mike's, but DO NOT order from this location.
