Customer service was good. They could use a sign that’s., says something like, ‘order at the counter’ When you come in. My family sat down before we realized we were supposed to order first. We ordered gluten free pizza. They seem to order the same crust most other restaurants order which is chewy and thin. Not even the kids liked the pepperoni the used. My husband got a sub and said it was ok.
We had the buffet for lunch. The sign says they start serving at 10:00 am, we got there at 11:00 am. There was no pizza yet we had to wait almost a half hour for it. Good pizza, terrible service or bad management.
Just ordered a 14" pizza by delivery and got a 13" pizza, with a 14" box. Where's my other inch? $28.00. Called and reason is they cant guarantee a 14" pizza, so why lie in the advertisement. Three employees said they were the manager, then said the manager would be in tomorrow. Bad customer service. Poor quality of food. Never ordering again.

Dianne – Thanks for reaching out to let us know about your experience. You are correct in that we advertise the pizza sizes based on diameter as it’s a better visual for our customer base. As with anything, there is some ‘grey area’ that happens when our dough is stretched and cooked in the oven. We can’t get the diameter spot-on every time but we DO measure out the amount of dough to the exact ounce before shaping the crust. I had my sons bithday party there and loved how everyone was. the pizza is very good and great service!
This is THE best PIZZA I ever put in my mouth...cold..hot....don't matter..OMG is there something in the water? LOL What the hell do they do?? Seriously...beeen around the world...had ALL kinds of pie...this is the best one in THE WORLD...me and my husband FIGHT over the crust!
