I ordered pizza and churros on line from the McHenry location. When they arrived almost 2 hours later and after it rode around in the back seat of the delivery car for over 20 minutes ( the restaurant is 1.5 miles from us); the pizza and churros arrived, cold.I called to talk to the manager and got a shift leader.
