I have and continue to really love being her patient. I have been a patient in the mental health world for most of my life and unfortunately not everyone in the profession has the World experience and compassionate approach that make me feel seen and understood. I was very concerned about being over medicated and not listened to about what I know works for me and doesn't and I have never ever had that issue with Sandy.
I would absolutely recommend Sandy Howard/Mountain Mental Health and Wellness. She is so lovely and wonderful to work with. I have always felt safe, valued, and heard. Her kindness, compassion, and warmth is so appreciated.
I highly recommend Sandy Howard! She is knowledgeable, empathetic, timely in responding and knowledgeable. Her telemedicine and payment program made her services accessible to me while uninsured. Definitely give Sandy a shot! She listens well, she's extremely helpful, and she's considerate when prescribing medication. If what you've got isn't working, she'll help you create a treatment plan that fits your needs. We've all had experiences with grouchy, condescending, asshole psychs. None of that here--Sandy is hands-down one of the best medical professionals I've dealt with yet.
Sandy is so easy to work with, kind, and knowledgeable. Feel fortunate to have found her so soon after moving here.
