Called ahead, they said no problem. SPent 3 hours driving in, waiting/testing, and home. Then they called back to say they wouldn't accept my insurance. If they billed them it is covered, I'd already got approval from them. But they refused to bill them, and threw away the swab test before sending it to lab. Wasted everyone's time. why didn't they check that before asking me to drive in? Or before doing the test, when I was there?
