This company's billing is why people hate our health care system. They refuse to resolve their own billing error. Been passed around to way too many people over a fradulent charge with absolutely no follow up or resolution.

I have had imaging done at a hospital that was somehow billed by mountain medical. This is now the second time that I've been turned to collections for a small amount that I've never received a bill for. The collection company has my information correct so their office must. Extremely frustrating when I wasn't necessarily expecting a charge from Moutain Medical, but paid the hospital part of things. And then get turned to collections without any actual bill from Mountain Medical.

This companies billing office is an absolute joke. I only gave it a one because zero is not an option. One of our employees that they had seen was injured while working. I called and spoke to a man that said he could not help me, that he would need to talk to the employee to give me permission. I had the employee call and he spoke to a woman that he said acted as though she did not want to be at work so he didn't know if she even did anything. I have been trying to get an issue resolved for months and finally got put through to Natalie Kohles. Give this nice lady a raise. She was kind and communicated what needed to be done the right way. We had been told so many different things and she got to the root of the problem and we got it taken care of. She renewed my confidence in Mtn. Medical. Thank you so much Natalie. I am so grateful!
