Excellent experience. The crew at the desk were friendly and helpful. Dr Gates is the doctor we all wish we could find.
I went in for chest pain on Monday Oct 20th. No one was rude but the diagnoses was bronchitis . No blood or saliva test were done to even find out if it was bacterial or viral. I was told to go get a chest X-ray . I did the following day and it was presumed to be pneumonia . They told me to come pick up a Z pack. Again no test to see if it was viral or bacterial . Best medical care around. Dr Gates is an outstanding physician and his team is top notch. They always go above and beyond.
Check in has been made easy on line. The wait to see the nurse was brief, and he was friendly and professional. The Doctor took care of everything and answered all my questions.
