Well beyond excellent customer service. The couple who own this business work hard. The wife helped me select a Helix mattress (highly recommend Helix by the way), and then by the grace of God, she sent her husband to put together a bedframe that came in a box from another company so I could place the new mattress on it. Unbelievable old school customer service. I appreciated their willingness to serve their community by stepping outside the box and meeting my need in a stressful time.
We just received our new mattress from Mountain Mattress Company and couldn’t be more pleased! We found a great, affordable option thanks to Meaghan- she walked us through the entire store and was a WEALTH of information! She had answers to all of our questions and more and helped us find the right choice!
I just moved into a new place, exhausted from the trip and dreading sleeping on the floor or an air mattress while waiting for a new bed. The wonderful people at Mountain Mattress delivered a new mattress and box spring that same afternoon (I chose one of the models that was in stock), so I was able to sleep soundly on the first night in my new home. Great product. Great service.
Great experience purchasing our new king mattress! Customer service was fantastic and I really felt like I was given all my options at all the different price points. Our mattress was not “in stock” but we had it within a week of purchase, so very quick turnaround in my eyes. Our mattress is also comfortable and perfect for us! Highly recommend!
