This place is a great place to be if you need any skilled nursing help. -Ken H. Edit- This place has lots of favoritism within the facility. They put my property outside in the rain and it got destroyed and they refuse to reimburse me for my loss. Also, The food at Mountain Manor Hospital was horrible and honestly gross. It was bland, unappetizing, and did not seem fresh. Patients deserve better-quality meals. -Ken H.

Lai Saeturn consistently provides excellent service with a thoughtful smile. She did things that other people were supposed to do. Lai is a student nurse who will do an excellent job as an LVN. The second person is Laura Williams. Laura is a hustler she will do an excellent job in whatever she does when is around. I know whatever needs to be done will be done. She also provides excellent service for me , mountain manor is great

I have a friend who has been a rehab patient there couple of times. I have visited her and enjoyed her company along with staff and even other residence/patients. It’s a wonderful facility. However, the parking is absolutely horrible. The lack of parking creates a lack of interest/commitment to going in and actually visiting your loved one. I have experienced providers parking there which just doesn’t seem right. It seems as though if it says visitor parking, that should be for visitors.
