My husband and I own a rental unit in Breckenridge and were having trouble managing all the moving pieces. Jasmine and RJ were a great find for us. We recently switched cleaning companies and love the service at Mountain Maids. We love that they email us after they finish each clean. It gives me piece of mind when the season gets really busy
We initially used Jasmine's services for cleaning of our home during our first season renting it out via VRBO/ Airbnb etc. However it didn't take long before we realized that Jasmine was doing much of what we expected the management company to do. She not only did a fantastic job of cleaning the home between stays but kept in constant contact with us regarding many of the small (and larger) maintenances issues that needed to be addressed and then handled those problems from beginning to end.
