We stayed here for a couple days and it was wonderful. They have a welcome card with chocolate in your room. Its very charming and a home away from home. The location is great, and within 20 mins of most things you'd want to do. I never leave reviews, but I had to this time. I love this lodge! I would recommend it to anyone for girls trip, family trip, or romantic getaway. My husband and I stayed and it was so nice. My wife and I came up from South Carolina for the weekend, for some Foliage, fun and relaxiation. The stay at the Hotel was wonderful. Staff was great, the room was super clean and comfortable and breakfast was very good. We will be staying again, when we return for a trip to North Carolina.
There was nothing about the experience that was average. The place is phenomenal. The experience started at check in. The outside is extremely well maintained and nice. We checked in Monday afternoon Oct 20 and stayed until Friday Oct 25 and I wish I remembered the lady’s name. She was so nice. The room was well beyond expectations.
