If your using a USDA Rd loan, Ciara is ignorant of the process, don't know you can purchase a fixer, think the house has to be flawless, and not knowing the USDA paticulars, will still arrogantly try to tell you what you can, and can't buy. Personally I think because the house was under $200k, they don't want to be bothered, because they won't make a lot. I call that discrimination and professional negligence, but you can call it whatever you like.

Phenomenal, personable company that is very in tune with the real estate market in Northern California and Oregon. If you are looking to make the move up there you should definitely take the time to talk to their team!
