If your using a USDA Rd loan, Ciara is ignorant of the process, don't know you can purchase a fixer, think the house has to be flawless, and not knowing the USDA paticulars, will still arrogantly try to tell you what you can, and can't buy. Personally I think because the house was under $200k, they don't want to be bothered, because they won't make a lot. I call that discrimination and professional negligence, but you can call it whatever you like.
I cannot say enough good things about Ciera Huha. I am a mortgage loan officer here in California, and Ciera was my mom's buying agent when she moved from Colorado back home to Siskiyou County.
