We lived here for two wonderful years. We will miss all of our friends that we made, the old ladies are super sweet! The property manager, Christina is always planning events and decorating for the time of year. She's become a great friend and we will miss seeing her! If you're noise sensitive, try to get into the third floor. The underground parking is essential! We were also able to rent a garage up top. I have had the pleasure of living here since its opening 3+ years ago, and I am NOT going anywhere else! I could talk about amenities, but you can read them at the website. The “game changer” for me is the onsite management team!! The website can’t tell you what an amazing staff and leadership, lead by Christina! Lived on the 2nd floor…. I could hear my neighbors on each side of me doing anything like their TV SHOW, music , conversations, snoring and cat meowing! The free internet is basically useless. The building manager is rude, difficult and lives in the building. They also did not design the building doors considering furniture snd people moving in and out. Glad to be out of there.
This was our home for 3 years. And yes I said home.. Christina the apartment manager is the best. She makes you feel like family. We had purchased a house and I was super emotional when we moved out. I miss the friendly, kind, wonderful people we meet along the way. Very clean environment and all the staff is willing to help anyway they can. Now days security is needed with the building and staff they ensure your safety everyday. Best place in town to live!!!
