The building manager (both prior and current) are both nice and reasonable. If there was any issues with the apartment in terms of maintenance this was always handled and resolved quickly. Sadly I feel like the positives end there. I moved in to the same unit as another reviewer here, Jeannie and I agree with her on a lot of statements. The walls are paper thin, I had to hear my neighbors TV from my bedroom almost 24/7 and it was loud enough that it felt like the TV was in my bedroom. I have been living here for only few weeks, but the cordial and accommodating support from property management is awesome. Kudos for the new property manager Chelsi! She is great and so is Susan.
We lived here for two wonderful years. We will miss all of our friends that we made, the old ladies are super sweet! The property manager, Christina is always planning events and decorating for the time of year. She's become a great friend and we will miss seeing her! If you're noise sensitive, try to get into the third floor. The underground parking is essential! We were also able to rent a garage up top. I have had the pleasure of living here since its opening 3+ years ago, and I am NOT going anywhere else! I could talk about amenities, but you can read them at the website. The “game changer” for me is the onsite management team!! The website can’t tell you what an amazing staff and leadership, lead by Christina! Lived on the 2nd floor…. I could hear my neighbors on each side of me doing anything like their TV SHOW, music , conversations, snoring and cat meowing! The free internet is basically useless. The building manager is rude, difficult and lives in the building. They also did not design the building doors considering furniture snd people moving in and out. Glad to be out of there.
