My husband and I lived at Mountain Lane Apartments about two years. Christina was the manager at the time. She was amazing, very friendly, accommodating and she kept the building clean and maintained well. Christina left and Cheryl is now the current manager. She is amazing as well. We have lived at Mountain Lane for three years, after moving from the UP of Michgan, and not once regretted our choice. Yes, the apartments are beautiful, the location is in close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, medical facilities, and more. What makes Mountain Lane a real home is people. I have lived at Mountain Lanes apartments for almost 2 years and it is a great apartment community with wonderful neighbors and great management. Highly recommend.
The building manager (both prior and current) are both nice and reasonable. If there was any issues with the apartment in terms of maintenance this was always handled and resolved quickly. Sadly I feel like the positives end there. I moved in to the same unit as another reviewer here, Jeannie and I agree with her on a lot of statements. The walls are paper thin, I had to hear my neighbors TV from my bedroom almost 24/7 and it was loud enough that it felt like the TV was in my bedroom. I have been living here for only few weeks, but the cordial and accommodating support from property management is awesome. Kudos for the new property manager Chelsi! She is great and so is Susan.
