I want to start out by saying that Troy and his company did build a beautiful boulder retaining wall for us. That is the only positive about our experience unfortunately. When we hired Troy he gave us a quote for our project and we all signed it for a specific quoted price. About halfway through the job and after we had paid him more that 65% of the bill Troy started sending us bills that were never discussed or written in the contract. The owner, Troy, did an amazing job on a flagstone patio and retaining wall on my property. He was thorough in his work, creative in his design, and reasonable in his pricing. Super nice guy, and good hard worker. His pond designs are beautiful too. I would recommend Mountain Landscapes (Aquascape of Asheville) to anyone!
