after hernia surgery I couldn’t hike or play disc golf without pain. even after cleared by the doc. I found these guys online and now 10 weeks i’m back to disc golf and hiking. my throws are farther than before surgery.. i’d recommend them. the staff knew how to work with lots of different ages and levels of fitness, and engaged with each one on their terms.
Worked with Robyn for pelvic floor and general postpartum pains. She takes her work very seriously and passionately. My pelvic floor was in good order in a very short period of time. Some other pains took more time to fully work through. But I left feeling like I'd met my baseline in mobility.
Robyn is the best! She’s so respectful, kind, and well-informed. The clinic itself is just a fun and friendly environment. Definitely would recommend!
