I went to M L P T after my knee surgery, Ryan was my therapist very professional had me going good in 4 weeks, 2 weeks sooner than expected. GREAT PEOPLE.!! getting my other knee done soon and I will be back to Ryan and crew .5 STAR all the way.

I've never been to physical therapy before, and wasn't necessarily convinced that it would make that much of a difference. I was completely wrong. I have been going since November, and I can't believe how huge a difference in pain level, balance and ability I have, just by working on muscles I didn't know needed working on! I actually look forward to my appointments, because of the comraderie, atmosphere, and professionalism. They know what they are doing at Mountain Land, Nampa.

I've been going to Mountain land physcal therapy for a month now. Travis has been awesome helping me get movement in my arm. Nice, fun atmosphere.

I had never done therapy before, so I was really nervous when I went in the first day. The therapist was so nice. I didn't have to say a thing he knew that I was nervous and talked me through what we were going to do the next few weeks. I was in severe pain and was worried they would push me to hard, but they never did. They pushed me to the point where it didn't cause issues. And now I am doing my daily walks again. Thank you!
