I went in after a crushed lower vertebrae and hip replacement. I had been to another outfit but changed. I was impressed with the one on one offered here. I waddled like a duck and had a fear of losing my balance. I was taught how to do exercise in a corner of a room. If you loose your balance you hit the wall right away. So grateful to Taylor at Mountain Land Physical Therapy, Eagle. He was a tremendous help in my recovery following an episode of extreme lower back tightness & pain that included sciatic nerve involvement. Stretches weren't working until I began to work with Taylor who then taught the me right kind of targeted stretches. Physical therapy techniques allowed me to gain some immediate pain relief and steady progress.
