Be very wary of this collection agency. They want to double dip. They will try to collect on your account a second time, even after the first balance has been paid off. If you cannot produce the paper work, they will accuse you of not paying it off the first time. Big Rip Off Company. Dishonesty is their game. Keeps them in business.
Harassment! – I get automated calls from these people all of the time for the person who had the phone number before us. The calls always instruct me to press "1" to be connected to an agent and, invariably, no agents are available. Then I get another automated message telling me to call during business hours. These calls are quite harassing and I wonder what the point of so many calls so late at night (when their business is shut anyway) is.
