I had a great experience here today. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I was a new patient, so there was some paperwork, but that is expected. I will definitely be back.
This place is an absolute waste of funding. I am disgusted at the supposed "care" they provide. They refuse patients due to a quota and when they are too lazy to see anyone. They try to send you to other urgent cares which refer you back to them. The unfriendly staff don't help the situation. GHS could find much better use for their funding.
The NP's, doctors and staff at MLCC are phenomenal. They are professional, compassionate and attentive to my concerns. They are an excellent option for acute problems. Thank you for an excellent experience.
I have never had a bad experience here until Friday 5/26/17. I brought me and my son in to be seen. We saw Dr Cochran I told him my son complained about an ear ache and he told me that his vision was blurry so he couldn't rly see in there. And he has had a cough for 2 wks. He sent us home saying both of ours were allergies and now my son is running a fever of 102. He should have been out on antibiotics. And right before school is over my son can't go to school tomorrow bc he's had a fever all day. I am not pleased at all abo... read more
Came seeking care for nasty cough and chest congested. Arrived a little more than an hour before closing and was turned away because they only had one provider.
I was in and out in under an hour. Everyone is so nice there.
