Terrible receptionists, they wouldn't even take my insurance information, just told me I had to pay out of pocket, she said "it's not likely they'll pay for it" um why, my insurance tells me they do but you won't even check
Accepted my insurance and the staff were mostly caring, however I did not feel like my problems were listened to or cared for during therapy sessions.
