I just completed the most wonderful shopping experience (that I’ve likely had anywhere) at this lovely shop. Carla was a most gracious host and their jade assortment is extensive. Truly a unique experience and beautiful selection.
I visited the shop right before Christmas but only now have time to leave a review 🤣 The store is small, cozy, and super cute. I don’t quite remember the staff’s name that day — she was Chinese - maybe Carla (?) — but she was incredibly friendly and very patient. She helped me choose bangles from quartz and agate all the way to jadeite, and explained everything clearly, like the durability of different stones and the meanings of the pendant shapes. I went to Mountain Jade with my daughter to find a jade bangle for my daughter. The staff person who helped us, Carla, was lovely. She had a calming, gentle demeanor which made the whole selection process a very relaxing and pleasant experience. A small water fountain was running near the front of the store, and its trickling sound was a nice backdrop to the whole experience. This was the best crystal experience ive ever had, the employees are so kind and thorough with explaining crystals and the cleansing ritual is very nice. I cant wait to go back in, thank you Mountain Jade!
