As someone with complex health issues, getting labs can be difficult. The staff here were friendly and accommodating. My phlebotomist took the time to work with my accommodations. This has not been my experience at other Atrium labs.
Bad experience! I took my wife for a scheduled appointment. And the staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful! In short we ended up leaving to find another lab. No one seem to care or even know what was going on. Seems that they were too busy sitting in the back instead of helping patients. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!
Shout out to Robyn! I’ve had my blood drawn before with difficulties because my vein is not that visible, but Robyn got it in 1 shot. She took her time feeling the vein. And it’s painless. I am very thankful!
