I’ve had mostly positive experiences with Mountain Hyundai. The staff is friendly and never push unnecessary services, which I really appreciate. However, I do have a few concerns. On two occasions, I noticed that my seat settings had been changed—not a huge issue, as everyone has different heights and preferences, but still worth mentioning. Out of all Hyundai dealers around hamilton. This was by far the worst unorganized dealer I've ever gone to. Checked the car in early and it took 50min for me to finally leave when they were ignoring me and saying I wasn't booked in but yet the computers were bugging out that day. Gentleman at the counter was the rudest dude I've come across in a Hyundai dealer. But constantly cutting me off when I was explaining my warranty issues. Don’t buy a Hyundai Tucson. I started getting engine oil consumption problems and my car didn’t even have 80 000 kms on it. Basically, there was evidence of an oil consumption problem and a diagnostic service was done on my vehicle while it was on the last year of its warranty. Of course “no problem was found” at the time. Fast forward 9 months later and my engine light goes on again.
