Had a really great experience with Adam at this dealership. Came in to check out the Tucson, and Adam was super friendly to show us all around the vehicle and the features inside and out. We weren't ready to test drive that day but we exchanged numbers and then subsequently coordinated a date & time for a test drive. Found the sales representative very friendly and helpful. One area of improvement would be the communication between the sales and financing staff. I sent the asked for information 3 days before I was to pick up the car and I received confirmation from the financing departement that they received everything they needed. I was told 2 hours before I was to pick up the car by the sales person that the documents still needed to be delivered. Sent it in again and was told that there was an address mistake with the COI.
