Customer service and the parts is very good
Recieved excellent service on my vehicle. Waiting for my service to be finished at home all day. By 4:30 p.m. decided to call the service center and was told by Shweta that she had called and left a message. Told her I did not receive a message at 2ish hence the reason I was calling for my vehicle!! Told her I didn't have a ride there and she then told me "we are open until 8". Absolute trash service. Avoid at all costs. They will find any reason to deny your warranty claim even when you slap an open TSB in their face.
“If you enjoy disappointment, look no further.” Took my 2021 Hyundai Palisade to Mountain Hyundai for a sunroof issue clearly covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. Their response? “Looks like air might’ve touched it wrong — sorry, not covered.” Apparently, unless your car malfunctions while floating in a vacuum-sealed bubble, it’s your fault. Customer service?
