Peaceful get away The setting is peaceful and beautiful among the redwoods on Skyline. Walking in an a cold night with the fire going was very inviting. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. My pasta primavera was very good and my husband had a fish special. They also have venison and ostrich for you more adventurous type. Desserts are very good. We shared a chocolate brownie mocha sundae Be careful no to drink too much because you have to go home on the same winding road that got you there.
Mountain House Restaurant is The Best Romantic Spot! This is always our go to restaurant for special occasions. have been coming here for the past 15 years! Great locations nestled in the woods. Cozy bar , friendly service. You can come casual or dressed up. Awesome martini's! Always a great specials menu with unique dishes. Highly recommend the mussels appitizer! Love this Place!
