Matt R. did a great job. He was courteous and professional. He called before he came and worked us into his schedule. From the time we called for service until he completed the repairs was only a couple days. We were amazed. Everything works again. We were very happy with his service.
We recently had a repair of our hot tub and found Mountain Hot Tub service technician Matt Rieckenberg to be outstanding. He did a great job fixing our hot tub and explaining to us the nature of the problem.

We purchased our hot tub from Mountain Hot tub 19 years ago and it's still going STRONG! I've been through a few covers, and one water pump, and that's it!! And we are in it practically every night. Couldn't be happier with all the staff, and the service that I have received has been exceptional. I would never go to another hot tub dealer for any of my needs....and I know that someday, this old beauty will keel over, and then I'll get a new one from Mountain Hot tub!!
