Debra Eldin was the Realtor who represented the seller and their property. Nice woman however, despite her many years of experience, the transaction was a poor showing by both her and her broker. The property was not as represented in the MLS listing. The agent did a lot of double talking and clearly did not know the property despite having been the one to have transacted business on it once before.
