I absolutely love this shop! It has everything from the most beautiful flower designs to gorgeous home decor and very best selection of gifts! I have new arrangements delivered to Fred’s Fish House every week. Customer service is amazing! No matter your requests Mountain Home Florist goes above and beyond to make their customers happy.
Disappointed in the customer service. Delivery was not fully completed. When I called to inquire the person was aggressive and rude. They did not provide a time frame for the other item to be delivered he said and I quote “I said it would be didn’t I?” My mistake was falling for the impressive online photos, I expected the professionalism and product to follow. Sadly this was not the case.
