John helped me fix a Bank Fraud issue with my computer. Baxter Credit Union recommended him to me. Bank called John on Wednesday, I reached out to him on Thursday Jan 8 2026, and John picked up my computer, deleted everything and rebuilt it, brought it back to my home on Friday in Mountain Home Arkansas, and walked me through getting back into all my accounts, worked with me and my bank, and all other online services as I have a difficult time remembering all my passwords. They answered our call the first time trying and gave us the drop off location. My Laptop was having issues. We dropped it off on a Tuesday and received a call back later that afternoon that the diagnosis was complete and it was ready for pick up the next day. I CALLED TO SEE HOW MUCH I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED FOR THEM TO RESET MY IPAD AND HE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME 150$ AN HOUR WHICH IS CRAZY BY THE WAY WHEN MOBILIZED CELLULAR REPAIR CHARGED ME 20$ FOR AN HOUR AND HALF. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO MOUNTAIN HOME COMPUTER REPAIR !!!!! YOU ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE TO STAY OPEN. THIS IS CRAZY
