I live in the Mallard Point area, my computer got hacked and they locked me out of my machine. I went to geeksonline and it was a fake Best Buy repair thing, they called me and said they would refund me, then they put supposedly more money in my bank and I was supposed to take out cash from my bank (and not tell them) and a best buy driver would swing by and pick up the cash. I had originally contacted another computer repair company in town. They told me to bring by the computer and they would take a look at it. So the next day I did and nobody was in the office. I called that company‘s phone number and nobody answered and nobody returned my call. That’s when I called John. He answered immediately and got to work on my computer within a day.
