Last Thursday's storm caused an electric blip and "crashed" my computer. Now, I hate computer problems more than having a root canal or car problems. Did a Google search on Friday, found John's company at the top of the list with terrific ratings. Called him and we set up an appointment for Monday. He came out to our home, diagnosed the problem, moved some essential files to my laptop and took my PC to fix it. Got it back today, Wednesday, and it's back up and running. Although no one like to have computer repairs, John made the process very easy. First off, he responded very quickly to my call. That was the first sign of good service and I managed customer service departments for many years, so I have high expectations. The screen on my Macbook Pro went dead and I was randomly looking up anyone in Mtn Hm that did computer repairs. I left a voice message to 3 different places, MHCR, John, was the only one who called me back within an hour. ( I still haven't heard from the other 2). My computer is up and running again within a week. John kept me updated throughout the process, and had the work done as promised. My computer decided to give up the ghost and John had it up and running within two days. He installed a new power supply, a new hard drive and transferred all my files. He was fast, reliable and professional, and I would definitely recommend him to others.
