I've been there 3 times. The first time was fine. I made the mistake of letting you replace my intake air filter and cabin air filter without checking. My bad, that was $100 mistake. What's the shop charge per hour? How long does it take to replace any filter? Again, my mistake. The last time, the third time, I was scheduled at noon, when everyone goes to lunch.
