The service department! 6/5 Stars! John, Cam, and brand new Brady! Amazing individuals! I was new to town and a college student, my car starts to have problems ($4000 worth of problems...) and these guys came right in and helped me out while working through my car insurance. They answered all of my questions and walked me through the process with check ins on the progress of my vehicle. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here. The service is lacking, and their practices are questionable. I brought my Ford Fusion inonlyfor a diagnostic because my warranty required one before they could approve any repairs. The shop told the warranty company that I needed a whole new engine, and quoted $11,000 for the replacement which is ridiculous considering the car isn’t even worth that much.
