I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here. The service is lacking, and their practices are questionable. I brought my Ford Fusion inonlyfor a diagnostic because my warranty required one before they could approve any repairs. The shop told the warranty company that I needed a whole new engine, and quoted $11,000 for the replacement which is ridiculous considering the car isn’t even worth that much. Had a great experience with Mountain Home Auto Ranch. When I initially called and spoke with Mike, he did exactly what he said he would do. He pulled the vehicle that we were interested in and set it aside, making sure that it was there, once we were able to get there later that day. Marcus was great to work with through the sales process. He has gone above and beyond to take care of us and make sure everything is good with the purchase and vehicle. I have appreciated his attentiveness and communication.
