We had a good experience working with Kyle in sales. Tyler in the service department was also pleasant and and easy to work with. After we bought a pre-owned F-150, the check engine light came on after just under a week. Fortunately, they took the truck into service and got things resolved for us. We were very grateful they made things right.

VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER: We purchased a gently used 2015 F-150 at Mountain Home Auto Ranch Ford last week. Just 6 days later, the check engine light came on. We are looking at repairs that cost OVER $2000 for an exhaust manifold leak and sheared bolt! More repairs may be needed after phase 1 to assess whether the catalytic converter needs to be replaced- another very costly replacement. I would not recommend this dealership. My parents and I purchased a used Ford F-150 after being told it had been inspected and had no major issues. During the test drive, an ignition system component failed and the truck had to be repaired before we could take delivery. We decided to give the dealership a second chance and completed the purchase. About a week later, the check engine light came on for a catalytic converter issue.
