I am not going to say I have always had a positive view of the dealership, but this time, I was certainly impressed. The service manager, John Lewis, went above and beyond ensuring my car and also myself, were taken care of. The service department took extra steps, double-checking, to fix the car's problem.

If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would. At first, I thought they were great. They got my truck in quickly and completed the "repair" in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. From the beginning, I clearly explained the issues I was experiencing, but it became obvious that no one actually listened. Benny Coffin is a fantastic sales associate! Helped me over several months, until we decided on a 2025 Ranger. No pressure, no upsale, no sneaky bait and switch BS. A good person, doing a great job. Second time I have driven nine hours back and forth to purchase a vehicle from Mountain Home Auto Ranch.
