I called on June 14th and left a message and received a call back later that day. I was told that there were several units available and it was $73 per month for a 5x10 unit. I then called again on June 16th and was told they have only one 5x10 available and the cost is $85 so I rushed there to give them cash for the unit and then the manager Bill told us that it would be $85 plus half for the pro rated amount, making it about $130-140.
