This is a decent doctors office, but the whole system still needs major work
Our family doctor's genuine care and attention to us is simply amazing. Thank you so much; from what I can see, he serves all his patients with the same dedication, not just us.
Our family doctor faxes our prescriptions for the medications we use regularly to your pharmacy (we are regular customers). A week passes, and I call you to pick up the medications. The employee on duty says that if we don't call within two days, they will cancel the faxes. How can this be? Why don't you register the received faxes in the system and keep asking for them to be faxed again and again? Isn't this wrong?
